What makes Dan different from all other local estate agents is his availability, he doesn't just work the usual 9-5, he works with you around the clock and also his fantastic videos of the property which comes standard with the sale (others charge a pretty fee for this and aren't anywhere of the same quality) . Dan was very professional, friendly and passionate about what he does best. Unfortunately, the sale of my property collapsed through no fault of Dan's, but less than 3 days later, we had sold again which made the whole process so much less stressful. Luckily enough the new property we were moving into was also being sold by Dan and we had constant updates through him and his Sales Progressor Julie which is a godsend when solicitors go quiet on you!”

Once the sale was secured we were handed over to Julie. Julie is nothing short of a powerhouse and she worked tirelessly from that moment on to ensure a smooth (ish!) process.
